Documents Ready for Collection

The documents can be collected from the counter of the Consular Section between 1600 to 1645 hrs only on working day. Kindly bring following documents at the time of collection:

1. Original Receipt
2. Authorization letter if not collecting personally
3. Old passport in original (for collecting passport)
4. Old PIO Card in original (for collecting OCI in lieu of PIO Card or OCI Misc Services)
5. Authorization letter of both father and mother for collecting OCI card of minor, if both the parents are not collecting personally.
