TENDER INVITATION 

Bids are invited from ship-chandling agencies for providing services and  provisions to the Indian Naval Ship TRIKAND which will visit Maputo during  26-29 March 2026. The agencies are required to submit technical and financial bids in two separate sealed envelopes. Details of services sought & technical  evaluation criteria can be downloaded from https://www.hcimaputo. gov.in or  https://eprocure.gov.in or may be collected from the High Commission of India, 167,  Av. Kennath Kaunda, Maputo on any working day between 10:00 to 16:00 hrs from  23 February 2026 to 16 March 2026. Opening of Technical Bids will take place on  17 March 2026 at 1100 hrs and Financial Bids of qualified companies will be opened  on 18 March 2026 at 1100 hrs. Bids received after due date will not be considered.  Financial bids of only those bidders who qualify in the Technical Bid evaluation round  will be considered for Financial Bid opening.
