Gita Mahotsav celebrations on 16 November 2025
November 16, 2025
High Commission will be holding Gita Mahotsav celebrations on 16 November 2025 (Sunday) at 1000 hrs in the serene environs of Anand Ashram in Salamanga, about 40 KMs south of Maputo. The programme will include prayer, poetry recitations, singing, yoga session and will conclude with Prasadi lunch.
All are most cordially invited to the celebrations. Despite rain forecast for the day, we expect Indian nationals and friends of India to enthusiastically participate in the celebrations.
Since 1989, the Government of Haryana in collaboration with Kurukshetra Development Board has been holding Gita Mahotsav celebrations in the city of Kurukshetra.
