High Commission in collaboration with Indian Business Council – Mozambique organized a business seminar in Maputo on travel and tourism partnership. The event brought together stakeholders from the travel and tourism sectors to exchange ideas on tourism, medical, education and business opportunities between India and Mozambique.

About 60 representatives of various tour and travel companies, airlines, consultants and potential partners attended the seminar. Presentations on tourism potentials were made. Also, High Commission made presentations on its consular and visa services, education and cultural outreach initiatives.

Relations between India and Mozambique are historical, deep rooted and people to people contact and connect will continue to grow and deepen. It bodes well for the two friendly countries.
