Hon’ble Health Minister of Mozambique received the final tranche of medicines gifted by Government of India to Mozambique. The consignment of 86 MT of essential medicines has arrived at a difficult time in Mozambique following the devastating floods and will augment the country’s healthcare capabilities.

 In June 2025, Government of India decided to donate medicines and equipment to Mozambique as part of the commemorations of 50 years of diplomatic relations between the two countries. The first tranche of medicines was handed over to the Health Minister in Maputo (Oct 2025). ICGS Sachet had brought the consignment. The second tranche of medicines was handed over to Ministry of Health (Jan 2026).
