Gifting of medicines and equipment to Mozambique (11 Oct 2025)

India gifted medicines and equipment to Mozambique, which will augment Mozambique’s healthcare capabilities. The first tranche of medicines and equipment was handed over to the Hon’ble Minister of Health in Maputo. Indian Coast Guard Ship Sachet brought the consignment.
Health sector is an important area of cooperation. In collaboration with an Indian donor, we will be conducting free artificial limb camp for 600 beneficiaries in Nampula. Also, we will be conducting free medical camp in Tete in the near future.
