H.E. Shri Kirti Vardhan Singh, Hon’ble Minister of State for External Affairs and Environment, Forest & Climate Change met Mozambican Foreign Minister H.E. Ms. Maria Manuela dos Santos Lucas on the sidelines of NAM Midterm Ministerial meeting in Kampala. They reviewed bilateral cooperation on wide ranging areas of bilateral cooperation including agriculture, capacity building and Information Technology.
