Outreach to Gaza province (2-3 Aug 2025)

As part of our outreach, High Commission of India held community welfare meetings in Macia, Chibuto and Chokwe towns in Gaza province (2 Aug). High Commission’s officers also visited business establishments of Indian communities in these towns.
High Commissioner and his colleagues attended the India Unity Day celebrations in Xai Xai city (2 Aug). More than 250 people attended the cultural programme. Addressing the community, High Commissioner commended the unity displayed by the community in Xai Xai. On 3 Aug, the Indian community in Xai Xai organised kite flying festival and community football tournament.
