Outreach to Tete province (14 March 2026)
March 14, 2026
High Commission officials held community welfare meetings in Tete and Chirodzi. Also, they held meeting at Tete Provincial Hospital and met with officials from Department of Health in preparation for a free medical camp to be held in Tete.
High Commissioner attended the stone laying ceremony of JSW Steel’s coal mining operations that was presided over by the President of Mozambique. Also, HC called on the Governor of Tete province and discussed possible areas of collaboration. Then, he visited Indian business establishments and interacted with Indian nationals working there.
