Visit of Hon’ble MOS (KVS) to Mozambique 

H.E. Shri Kirti Vardhan Singh, Hon’ble Minister of State for External Affairs attended the celebrations of 50th Independence Day of Mozambique in Maputo (25 June 2025). He joined President H.E. Mr. Daniel Chapo and other visiting dignitaries to pay floral tributes at the Mozambican Heroes Square in Maputo and participated in the main celebrations at the historic stadium in Machava.

During the visit, Hon’ble MOS (VKS) met Foreign Minister Ms. Maria Manuela dos Santos Lucas and discussed bilateral relations. Hon’ble MOS (VKS) and Mozambican Health Minister H.E. Dr. Ussene Hilario Isse inaugurated the Jaipur Foot Camp at the Central Hospital in Maputo. Also, Hon’ble MOS (VKS) addressed the Indian community, which was attended by more than 250 people and visited the 120 years old temple in Salamanga and planted a sapling.
