Important notification for foreign nationals travelling to India

It may kindly be noted by all foreign nationals desiring to visit India that under Section 6 of the Indian Wireless Act and Section 20 of the Indian Telegraph Act, carrying and use of satellite phones by them without prior approval of the Government of India, is illegal and unauthorized. This may kindly be complied with to avoid any unwarranted inconvenience to them.
