TENDER INVITATION
Bids are invited from ship-chandlering agencies for providing services and provisions to the Indian Naval/ Coast Guard Ship which will visit Maputo during 14-17 February 2024. The agencies are required to submit technical and financial bids in two separate sealed envelopes. Details of services sought & technical evaluation criteria can be downloaded from https://eprocure.gov.in or may be collected from the High Commission of India, Maputo 167, Av. Kennath Kaunda, on any working day between 10:00 to 16:00 hrs. from 9th January to 29th January 2024. Bids must be submitted by 1800 hrs on 29th January 2024. Tender opening for Technical Bids will take place on 1st February 2024 at 1100 hrs and Financial Bids will be opened on the same day at 1200 hrs. Bids received after due date will not be considered. Price bids of only those bidders who qualify in the Technical Bid evaluation round will be considered for Financial Bid opening.
